I wanna know from others, is it okay to bitch at a person who is new to the show about not being a fan just because they did not know what "Whovian" ment.
No it isn't, just because they're a late comer doesn't mean they should demote them; not every one knows the terminology of something they're a fan of and it doesn't make them any less of a fan.

Hey, I think I've figured out how to fix your problem. Simply click on the gallery tab at the top of the group page and go down to the Contest Entries section. Click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the section and click submit deviation.
